Update of the update: So apparently when I moved out SEP to the cloud the license “changed” to SES. Now i'm worried that our vendor rep 'renewed' the wrong SKU's some how. This totally still could be user error but there very 'little' documentation on renewal and had to open up a support ticket with Broadcom just to get some other info that so far didn't help.

Is it just me or did getting aquired by Broadcom kinda screw up a good thing that Symantec was having?

The oddest thing to me is that I had to register with a new SiteID. Fast forward to now, still expired in the portal even thou I have the sub is showing up in the Broadcom portal.

We expired on 10/3, renewed on 10/2 and it LOOKED like it was going to happen that day. Has anyone have had issues with renewing their Symantec endpoint sub?
